January is usually one of the quietest months on TV… but not on FX.

Earlier today, FX announced return dates for "Archer" and "Justified," as well as the series premiere of its new animated series, "Unsupervised."

"Archer" is set to redeploy for its third season on Thursday, January 19 2012. Created by Adam Reed, the animated series follows the misadventures of Sterling Archer (H. Jon Benjamin) and his sometimes bizarre coworkers at the International Secret Intelligence Service. Or ISIS for short. And it's often one of the funniest shows on TV.

Joining "Archer" on January 19 (and on all Thursday nights thereafter) is the new animated comedy, "Unsupervised;" which is created and produced by "It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia" veterans, Rob Rosell, Scott Marder and David Hornsby. "Unsupervised" features the voices of Justin Long, Fred Armisen, Kristen Bell, Kaitlin Olson, Alexa Vega and Romany Malco as it chronicles the lives two teens named Gary and Joel as they navigate through life without any interference from their parents. The animation for "Unsupervised" is also being produced by Adam Reed and Matt Thompson from "Archer."

And finally, "Justified" bows for its third season on Tuesday, January 17. In the wake of the Bennett family's fall, U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) and his rival Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) find that the underworld of Harlan County is up for grabs as a mysterious man named Limehouse (Mykelti Williamson) and Quarles (Neal McDonough), a Detroit mobster both make their own power plays.

Carla Gugino ("Sucker Punch," "Karen Sisko") will also appear in the third season of "Justified" in the recurring role of Karen Goodall, an old colleague of Raylan's who may also be one of his former lovers.

Just to tide you over until a proper trailer emerges, here's a our favorite teaser from the new season of "Justified."
