Today at 4 PM Pacific time (7 PM Eastern), Death Cab For Cutie will film the video for "You Are A Tourist," the lead single from their forthcoming album Codes And Keys. They plan to shoot the entire thing in one take, and you can watch them do it, as they do it, right here:

Long known for their ingenious and imaginative videos, Death Cab are poised to make history with the companion clip for the single, which has gotten positive reviews from fans and critics.

Directed by award-winning filmmaker Tim Nackashi (TV On The Radio, OK Go, Elvis Costello, Radiohead), and conceptualized by frequent collaborator Aaron Stewart-Ahn, 'You Are A Tourist' will be the first ever live, scripted, single-take music video to be broadcast as it is filmed.

Codes and Keys is out May 30th. Preorder here
